The article presents analysis of population morbidity with diseases of blood circulation system, routing of patients in case of acute coronary syndrome, acute disorder of cerebral blood circulation and other conditions requiring emergency diagnostic and treatment in vascular centers (departments) of me4dical organizations of the Moscow oblast. The main information concerning organization of specialized medical care to patients with acute disorders of cardiovascular system (myocardium infarction, stroke) in vascular centers and vascular departments is expounded. The main directions of amelioration of activities related to specialized medical care of patients with diseases of cardiovascular system in vascular centers and departments of medical organizations of the Moscow oblast.

The administration of city of Serpukhov of the Moscow oblast, 142203 Serpukhov, Russia The article presents results of special study carried out with the purpose to determine effectiveness of the Program "Development of health care system of the city of Serpukhov in 2011-2013". The comparative analysis was applied to indicators planned by the Program as achievements and actually achieved indicators. The critical remarks concerning listing of regulate indicators are presented and argued.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFUnlabelled: The study was designed to assess the relationship between the level of plasma concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and indices of the functional state of the liver and the level of resistin in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and its combination with diabetes mellitus (DM) 2 types depending on the trophological status.
Materials And Methods: It were examined 90 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and its combination with type 2 diabetes mellitus--with normal body weight and obesity, as well as 20 healthy individuals. The study was carried out using the following methods: clinical, laboratory and instrumental (including liver biopsy).
Unlabelled: The aim of the study was to assess the links between leptin, resistin and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and indexes of the functional liver condition in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM 2) and with its combination.
Materials And Methods: It were examined 110 patients: 20 of them were with NAFLD, 20 patients with DM 2 and 70 patients with combined disorders (NAFLD+ DM 2), which were divided into 2 subgroups -20 patients with normal body weight and 50 patients with obesity (body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2). The control group included 20 healthy individuals.
The progression of chronic-relapsing infectious disease (CRID) depends on a combination of cumulative immune-mediated responses of the human body, which, in turn, are united by a number of the common mechanisms. The mechanisms are called as the post-infectious clinical-immunological syndrome (PICIS) to demonstrate the features and scale of imbalances of immune homeostasis. PICIS usually accompanies most of the known CRID to define the type of the disease, to predict the progression of and risks for the complications to be risen as well.
