It is established that application of the test-system "age-normal antibodies-leucocytes-lymphocytes" permits refusing in certain cases from the generally-accepted laboratory immunological tests and prognosticate their values depending on the test-system indices when using the regression models. The great incongruity of the predicted and real values of the concrete immunological index may be the manifestation of the risk factors associated with the oncological and other diseases.

Out of six types of immune reactions, three suppressive ones were observed: the threshold stimulated, stimulated with deficit and suppressive one. They may be considered as endogenous oncological risk factors as well as risk factors for other diseases.

In the case of dimethylnitrosamine-induced rat kidney tumours and Ehrlich solid tumour in mice the increased migration of activated macrophages was associated with the average specific growth rate. The macrophage infiltration of tumours and systemic immune reactivity to tumour-associated antigens depend probably on tumour cell kinetics.

At the same time depletion of the cell amount in the thymus and an increase of cells, especially granulocytic ones, in the spleen was observed. Granulocyte contamination of the ficoll-verografin gradient interphase was detected in mononuclear cells separated from tumour host blood.

A discrepancy between peculiarities of malignant growth and changes in the immunological function of the organism is estimated. Some data are given in favour of the importance of revealing nonspecific immunological mechanisms of surveillance when malignant cells appear.
