The article covers longstanding experience of international cooperation in occupational health and security with Baltic countries. The authors describe history of information network creation, its structure, objectives, importance for occupational health services and safety in the region.

[Problems of diagnosis and prevention of occupational malignancies].

The authors presented statistics on quantity of registered occupational malignancies in Russian Federation and some foreign countries, analyzed causes of difficult diagnosis of occupational malignancies, suggested ways to improve the situation.
