Background: Juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a severe, life-threatening disease. However, the role of rituximab in managing juvenile SLE remains undefined, although early biological intervention may improve disease outcomes.
Aim: To assess the differences in the outcomes of different types of rituximab administration (early and late).
Humpback whales undertake one of the longest known migrations of any mammal. While their migration route generally extends between latitudes, the breeding stocks are longitudinally separated and display high site fidelity to their feeding grounds. While there is an indication of certain breeding stocks overlapping with each other, the current information on the migration routes of humpback whales within the Southern Hemisphere limits our understanding of the extent of this exchange.

Methods: Plasma was collected, retrospectively, before surgery, 1-14 weeks post-operatively, and before adjuvant therapy, and in a subset of patients after adjuvant therapy. A personalized, tumor-informed, multiplex PCR next generation sequencing assay (Signatera™) was used for ctDNA detection and quantification.
Background: Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive subtype with poor prognosis. We aimed to determine whether circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and circulating tumor cell (CTC) could predict response and long-term outcomes to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).
Methods: Patients with TNBC were enrolled between 2017-2021 at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX).
