Despite the active study of vitamin D, today the problem of its insufficient supply remains relevant both in Russia and throughout the world. In our country, the situation is affected by the geographical, climatic, as well as ethnic and cultural characteristics of each region. It is of interest to assess the temporal and territorial characteristics of the population's sufficiency.

It is of interest to study vitamin D status of the population living at different geographic latitudes and depending on socio-demographic characteristics. of the research is to analyze vitamin D status of the adult population living in the Omsk Region over the age of 18 in different seasons of the year.

We hypothesized that inducible overexpression of clock genes (cry, per, tim, cyc and Clk) in the nervous system can improve healthspan of D.

Results: Here, we studied the effects of fucoxanthin on the Drosophila aging process at the molecular and the whole organism levels.
Background Aims: Spontaneous mutagenesis often leads to appearance of genetic changes in cells. Although human multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (hMSC) are considered as genetically stable, there is a risk of genomic and structural chromosome instability and, therefore, side effects of cell therapy associated with long-term effects. In this study, the karyotype, genetic variability and clone formation analyses have been carried out in the long-term culture MSC from human gingival mucosa.
