This study aimed to assess pelvic floor and isokinetic trunk flexors function in non-active incontinent women, and to investigate the association between the strength of these muscle groups and the severity of stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out.

Purpose: To evaluate the prevalence of residual air bubbles following intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF agents, and to compare two techniques designed to reduce their occurrence.
Methods: Patients who received intravitreal injections reported the presence of air bubbles following the procedure, and were followed to determine when they disappeared. Two techniques used to reduce air bubbles prior to injection were compared-tapping the syringe with the needle up ("upwards" technique) or down ("downwards" technique).
Objective: Measure the effect of the strategy to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, based on containment, on the practice of orthopedic and trauma surgery in Tunisia.
Methods: This is a comparative study, concerning the impact of Covid-19 on the flow of patients, operated in orthopedic surgery and trauma departments, during the containment period from March 12, 2020 to April 30, 2020, comparing it to the same period of the year 2019, in the Central-East region of Tunisia (Kairouan, Sousse, Mahdia, Monastir).
Results: A significant decrease of 27% in the flow of patients admitted to orthopedic surgery departments in central-eastern Tunisia, during the 2020 containment period, compared to the same period of the previous year was documented.
Streptomyces is the most frequently described genus of Actinomycetes, a producer of biologically active secondary metabolites. Indeed, the Streptomyces species produces about 70% of antibiotics and 60% of antifungal molecules used in agriculture. Our study was carried out with the goal of isolating and identifying antimicrobial secondary metabolites from V16R3Y1 isolated from the date palm rhizosphere (southern Tunisia).
