Introduction: The Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) is one of the best-known recidivism risk instruments. In France, this scale is rarely used because no study had yet been carried out to confirm its psychometric properties on samples of French offenders. The aim of this study was to test the psychometric properties of the LS/CMI on samples of violent French prisoners.

In this exploratory study, 137 convicted for the commission of at least one sexual offense and found not criminally responsible because a mental disorder were recruited in a maximum-security hospital. They were all assessed with the SORAG (static risk factors) and the RSVP (dynamic risk factors).

Multiple chemotherapeutic drugs have been tested to improve patient prognosis; however, the clinical efficacy of these treatments is low. One of the most controversial family of drugs are the proteasome inhibitors, which have displayed promising effects in preclinical studies, but low clinical performance.

Methods: We HLA-DRB1 genotyped 857 patients with ACPA positive RA and 2178 controls from South Eastern and Eastern France and calculated Odds Ratios (OR) for developing RA for 106 of 132 possible genotypes accounting for 97% of subjects.
Results: HLA-DRB1 genotypic ORs for developing ACPA positive RA range from 28 to 0.
