[Diagnosis and correction of hemostasis disorder during surgeries for bile duct diseases].

The aim of the study was to reduce the frequency of hemorrhagic complications in the surgical treatment of patients for diseases of bile ducts. Hemostatic state before, immediately after and on the following day after the operation was controlled by the data of frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography. [State of the endothelial system in physiological pregnancy and in the event of preeclampsia].

The aim of the study was to examine the state of endothelial system in healthy pregnant women in the third trimester and in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia by determining the number of circulating endothelial cells desquamated at different stages of apoptosis, the method of J. Hladoveka at baseline and after the test with the test stimulus. Data obtained from studies were processed using standard software packages "MedStat" and Microsoft Excel, their analysis.
