Aim: Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) nephritis leads to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in upto 3% of cases, necessitating kidney transplantation (KT). This study compared graft and patient survival outcomes between HSP and non-HSP KT recipients and identified factors associated with HSP recurrence.
Methods: Data from the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR) were analysed for adult and paediatric KT patients listed between January 2005 and April 2021.
The attrition of health care professionals from institutions has historically been high, with reports of higher rates in women than men. High attrition jeopardizes the institution's financial stability, quality of patient care, and scholarly contributions to advancing health care. The disproportionate loss of women reduces the diversity of perspectives and skills needed to meet patient needs.

However, the few commercially available small-scale flumes are generally expensive and lack complete characterization. In this work, we present an open-source, low-cost, modular benchtop laboratory flume that is designed to be accessible and reproducible.

Objective: We study the burden of cardiometabolic derangements post transplantation and its impact on CAV in a modern cohort of heart transplant recipients.
Background: cardiomyopathy is a distinct subset of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, reported primarily in adults, that has predominantly left ventricular involvement and features of myocarditis. Clinical characteristics, risk stratification, and management of pediatric patients with variants are not well known. We sought to identify phenotypic features and prognosis of pediatric patients with pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants.
