Young adults' access to contraception is shifting after the June 2022 United States Supreme Court decision. This concurrent mixed-methods study measured young adults' use of and perceptions about tubal sterilization and vasectomy after the leaked opinion in May 2022. Using national-level medical claims data from IQVIA, we conducted difference-in-differences analyses of tubal sterilizations and vasectomies by age and state policy; using open-text survey responses from national MyVoice surveys in 2022 and 2023, we thematically analyzed young adults' perspectives.

Using a large national administrative database, we identified OBGYNs enrolling in new states from July 2017 through June 2024. We used difference-in-differences (DID) analyses to estimate the effect of on enrollments by state abortion policy (ban vs no ban).

- It analyzed data from 159 eligible patients out of 421 identified, comparing outcomes between two groups: one continuing osimertinib with chemotherapy and the other receiving chemotherapy alone.
- Results showed that the group continuing osimertinib experienced a significant improvement in progression-free survival (9.0 months vs. 4.5 months), indicating a potential clinical benefit in this treatment strategy.
Background: Gene copy number gain (CNG) is a continuous variable. The relevant cutpoint for HER2, KRAS and MET CNG in non-mall cell lung cancer remains uncertain. As de novo driver oncogenes are largely mutually exclusive, oncogene overlap analysis can be used to explore CNG thresholds.

Methods: An electronic survey containing the Climate and Health Tool was administered to healthcare professionals across a large, multi-state health system in the Western United States with a committed effort to reducing carbon emissions.
