[Effect of summer holidays in a countryside recreational centre on orthostatic stability of circulation in children].

Orthostatic stability of circulation in young and elder schoolchildren was evaluated during their stay in the summer recreational centre. It was shown that a combination of health-promoting factors including natural and climatic conditions, enhanced motor activity, day regimen, nutrition, etc. had beneficial effect on the functional status of the children.

[Trends in variability of the central blood circulation in healthy individuals in response to massage of the collar cervical region].

Dynamics of slow wave variability of heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction was studied in the course of 10-day course of collar region massage and that of zone related by reflex with circulation. It was found that such massage can produce changes in regulation of the above indices.

[Trends of physical fitness, physical performance, and blood circulation in children in response to graded exercises at a health center].

The article presents physiological features of the effect of summer conditioning of children on their physical performance and on circulation action of graded exercise. Physiological mechanisms of the influence which a complex of health factors have on body response to short-term physical exercise are described.
