[Endolymphatic antibiotic administration in the combined treatment of peritonitis].

The endolymphatic method of infusion of antibiotics was used in 165 patients with acute inflammatory diseases of organs of the abdominal cavity, 84,8% of them recovered. A single endolymphatic infusion of a usual dose of the antibiotic makes a very high concentration of the drug in the lymphatic system and maintains a therapeutic concentration of the antibiotic in the lymph during a day. In the lymphatic nodes it retains for more than 2 weeks.
