Aim: Study of the role of P. aeruginosa in the development of osteomyelitis of sternum and ribs in cardio-surgery patients, and analysis of the main biological properties of the isolated bacterial strains.
Materials And Methods: 132 bacterial cultures were isolated from 83 hospital patients as a result of bacteriological examination during 2007-2013.

Aim: Study the state of intestine microbiocenosis in patients with chronic pancreatitis, give comparative evaluation of diagnostic significance of bacterial and gas-liquid chromatography analysis.
Materials And Methods: 96 patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP) were examined bacteriologically for dysbacteriosis. In parallel in 42 individuals gas-liquid chromatography analysis (GLC-analysis) was carried out.
The objective of the present study was to provide hygienic assessment of hospital wards equipped with the therapeutic sylvinite screens (TSS) and compare the results of the treatment of 80 patients suffering vulgar psoriasis with the use of TSS and without them. The sylvinite screens made it possible to create comfortable microenvironment in the wards and moderately increased the radiation background (0,15+/-0,005 Sv/hour) thereby promoting saturation of the ward atmosphere with aeroions dominated by the light negative particles (491,5+/-14,4 units/cm3). Such healthy environment hadc beneficial effect on the clinical course of the psoriatic process, the state of functional systems of the patients and their quality of life.

We previously reported the 6-O-methyl entity as a prodrug moiety to increase liphophilicity of guanine nucleosides and the ProTide approach applied to 2'-C-methyl-6-O-methylguanosine has lead to potent HCV inhibitors now in clinical trials. In this Letter, we report the synthesis and biological evaluation of 2'-C-methyl-6-O-methyl-7-deaza guanosine and ProTide derivatives.

Aim: Analysis of IgG titers that are specific to various hepatitis C proteins depending on features of chronic infection course.
Materials And Methods: Qualitative analysis of levels of IgG specific to a number of hepatitis C virus proteins was performed in 30 patients and 30 virus carriers.
Results: Significant differences between these HCV infection course variants by level of accumulation of all studied HCV antibody groups were detected.
