Breast fibrosarcoma is an uncommon primary breast neoplasm. We report a case of a 57-year old woman who presented at our facility with a right breast mass having histomorphological and immunohistochemical features consistent with fibrosarcoma. She had simple mastectomy and an uneventful hospital stay.
