This work describes the direct deposition of ZIF-67 metal-organic framework (MOF) onto Ti/TiO nanotubes forming a photoanode for the degradation of the antidepressant Venlafaxine (VEN). This material combines the excellent characteristics of ZIF-67 MOF in enhancing photocatalytic reduction and oxidation reactions induced by UV LED irradiation, as well as the storage of VEN molecules in its pores. Ti/TiO-ZIF-67 features an eco-friendly technology for degradation of pharmaceutical micropollutants such as antidepressants.

This study aims to identify novel biomarkers that help to further reduce the risk of postoperative cardiovascular complications. In this prospective, nonrandomized, observational study, baseline serum levels of sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) were assessed in 147 diabetic patients scheduled for LER due to CLTI, and participants were followed for the occurrence of MALE and MACE over 12 months.

The aim of this study was to investigate the usefulness of longitudinal muscle MRI in detecting disease activity and progression in DM1, and to better characterize muscle edema, fat replacement and atrophy overtime.
Materials And Methods: This is a prospective, observational, longitudinal study including 25 DM1 patients that performed at least two muscle MRIs.

Background: We evaluated the impact of completion intraoperative venography on clinical outcomes for axillosubclavian vein (AxSCV) thrombosis owing to venous thoracic outlet syndrome (vTOS).
Methods: We performed a retrospective, single-center review of all patients with vTOS treated with first rib resection (FRR) and intraoperative venography from 2011 to 2023. We reviewed intraoperative venographic films to classify findings and collected demographics, clinical and perioperative variables, and clinical outcomes.
Background: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare cancer that arises sporadically or due to hereditary syndromes. Data on germline variants (GVs) in sporadic ACC are limited. Our aim was to characterize GVs of genes potentially related to adrenal diseases in 150 adult patients with sporadic ACC.
