Introduction: Tennis is a globally popular sport known for its numerous health benefits. However, it also underscores the physical demands and potential injuries associated with high-performance play. This review emphasizes the role of kinetic chains in executing powerful movements and discusses common injuries, particularly in the upper limbs due to the sport's overhead nature.

Hierarchical organization and skilled workforces for constructing the Tartessic earthen building at Casas del Turuñuelo (Guareña, Spain).

This article presents the results of the geoarchaeological study of earthen building materials used in a Tartessic public building at Casas del Turuñuelo. The construction dates back to the fifth century BCE and is one of the monumental buildings of Tartessic culture, characterized by its complex architecture, prestige goods, and intentional destruction after a feast and animal sacrifice. We applied an integrated methodology combining macro and micro approaches to investigate earthen construction processes, such as techniques, labour organization, workers' specialization, and environmental exploitation.

[Acute apical abscess and associated factors in patients during the covid-19 pandemic in a health center in Acapulco, Mexico.].

Objective: To estimate the prevalence of acute apical abscess and identify associated factors in patients of a health center from Acapulco, Mexico.

Material And Methods: Epidemiological study that collected clinical records of patients during the period of october 2021. Sociodemographic and housing information was collected, as well as personal pathological and non-pathological history and a record of the diagnosis of the periapical lesion based on its clinical characteristics issued by the operator on duty.

Outcomes of minimal residual disease at upfront debulking surgery compared with complete cytoreduction after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare surgical complexity, post-operative complications, and survival outcomes between patients with minimal residual disease (completeness of cytoreduction (CC) score) CC-1 at the time of primary debulking surgery and those with complete cytoreduction (CC-0) at the time of interval debulking surgery.

Methods: A retrospective multicenter study was conducted of patients with advanced ovarian cancer (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage IIIC-IV) who underwent cytoreductive surgery achieving either minimal or no residual disease between January 2008 and December 2015. Patients underwent either primary or interval debulking surgery after receiving ≥3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
