Magnetic surgical marker navigation for excision of non-palpable ultrasound visible breast lesions: first 200 cases in a French cancer center.

Wire guided localization is widely used as the standard method of pre-operative localization of breast lesions. The aim was to assess outcomes following the introduction of a novel non-wire guided, magnetic surgical marker navigation system. A prospective study between May 2022 and June 2023 established a data base of the first 200 procedures performed using the Sirius Pintuition GPS Detect magnetic marker.

Association between treatment center volume and survival of endometrial cancer patients: A multicenter study: A Francogyn group study.

Introduction: Endometrial cancer (EC) is the fourth most common cancer in women worldwide. The quality of care for EC patients may vary depending on the treatment center volume. The present study aimed to investigate the impact of center volume on the survival of EC patients.

Its overall prevalence has now reached 17 % in France. The impact of obesity is also a concern for pregnant women, due to the risk of maternal and fetal complications.

Impact of screening for large-for-gestational-age fetuses on maternal and neonatal outcomes: a prospective observational study.

Objectives: Debates on the management of macrosomia are still current. We have to consider the consequences of screening to contribute to these discussions. Our aim is to study the consequences of the 3rd trimester fetal macrosomia screening protocols used in several centres in the same French region in order to determine whether this screening affects maternal and neonatal outcomes: mode of delivery, maternal complications (haemorrhage, perineal lesions), neonatal health (pH, Apgar score) and the occurrence of neonatal trauma during delivery.
