The authors represent data on analysis of dinamics and structure of occupational incidence in Bashkortostan Republic, according to archive documents of Ufa Research Institute of Occupational Health and Human Ecology, on occupational morbidity dynamics over 2008-2014, on its regional peculiarities.

[Factors of working environment and process on non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises in Bashkortostan Republic and workers' occupational health].

The authors studied factors of working environment and process on nonferrous metallurgy enterprises in Bashkortostan Republic and evaluated their influence on the workers' occupational health over 1997-2009, with consideration of occupation, sex, age, length of service, work conditions and characters. The article demonstrates that sanitary and hygienic characteristics of occupations connected with machinery operation are prone to increased integral evaluation of work conditions due to underestimation of actual hardiness and intensity of work.

[Evaluating probability of occupational hearing disorders in workers exposed to noise at work].

The authors analyzed how noise level, work intensity and hardiness are related to prevalence of occupational hearing disorders. Findings are that increased hardiness and intensity of the work result in more frequent signs of occupationally induced hearing problems including neurosensory deafness.

The authors analyzed materials of thorough medical examinations among ore-dressing and processing enterprise workers. All studied workers appeared to have increased risk of locomotor diseases and connective tissue disorders, ailments of respiratory tract, nervous system, ENT organs, digestive system, blood.
