Background: The advantages of active surveillance (AS) in low-risk prostate cancer (PC) have already been widely demonstrated. The 15-year results of the Prostate Testing for Cancer and Treatment (ProtecT) trial were published recently, reflecting worse oncological outcomes of their active monitoring programme (AMP) compared with radical prostatectomy (RP) or radiotherapy (RDT). Our objective was to analyse the survival of patients with International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) grade I PC depending on the treatment received and point out the differences between an AS protocol and the AMP established in the ProtecT trial.

The European Commission requested the EFSA Panel on Plant Health to prepare and deliver risk assessments for commodities listed in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019 as 'High-risk plants, plant products and other objects'. This Scientific Opinion covers plant health risks posed by plants of hybrids of x imported from Ukraine, taking into account the available scientific information, including the technical information provided by Ukraine. All pests that may be associated with the hybrids of x were evaluated against specific criteria for their relevance for this opinion.

Objective: To identify the COVID-19 pandemic impact on well-being/mental health, coping strategies, and risk factors in adolescents worldwide.

Method: This study was based on an anonymous online multi-national/multi-language survey in the general population (representative/weighted non-representative samples, 14-17 years of age), measuring change in well-being (World Health Organization-Five Well-Being Index [WHO-5]/range = 0-100) and psychopathology (validated composite P-score/range = 0-100), WHO-5 <50 and <29, pre- vs during COVID-19 pandemic (April 26, 2020-June 26, 2022). Coping strategies and 9 a priori- defined individual/cumulative risk factors were measured.
