Schwannoma, also known as neurilemmoma or Schwann cell tumor, is one of the most common neoplasms of the nerve sheath which usually appears at the head, neck, or upper extremity. Schwannoma occurrence in the lower extremity originating from the common peroneal nerve is rarely reported according to literary findings. We report a case of a 32-year-old man who presented with a 6-month history of a growing lump in the left knee.
