Many autistic people want to work but have trouble finding jobs they like and can stick with. Most research tries to help more autistic people get jobs, but does not look at whether those jobs are fulfilling, or how people progress once they start working. We spoke to 18 autistic people about their experiences at work, and their ideas about success at work.

In order to prevent infectious complications following endourological procedure of upper urinary tract stones, it is essential to determine which patients are at high risk of developing this complication. We aimed to identify predictors that may cause systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) after the endourological procedure of upper urinary tract stones. Patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL), flexible ureteroscopy (F-URS), or semirigid ureteroscopy (SR-URS) in our center between January 2011 and June 2020 were evaluated retrospectively.

Introduction: Approximately 5% of bladder stones occur in women and are usually associated with foreign bodies or urinary stasis. Spontaneous migration of the intrauterine device (IUD) into the bladder is a rare complication. In this report, we present 2 cases of migrated IUD who had undergone surgery at our clinic due to bladder stones.
