[Cognitive disorders in stroke patients: the possibilities of pharmacological correction].

Objective: To determine the efficacy and safety of cellex in treatment of cognitive disorders in acute ischemic stroke (IS).

Material And Methods: The study involved 246 patients with acute IS. Patients were randomly divided into two groups depending on the use of cellex or placebo along with basic treatment during 10 days.
