This article proposes a novel approach to assess the degree of activity of pulmonary tuberculosis by active tuberculoma foci. It includes the development of a new method for processing lung CT images using an ensemble of deep convolutional neural networks using such special algorithms: an optimized algorithm for preliminary segmentation and selection of informative scans, a new algorithm for refining segmented masks to improve the final accuracy, an efficient fuzzy inference system for more weighted activity assessment. The approach also includes the use of medical classification of disease activity based on densitometric measures of tuberculomas.

A mathematical model is proposed to analyze the spinal strain-deformation condition resulting from axial and lateral g-loads generated by changes in the gravity field and/or pilot's maneuvering high-performance aircraft. The solution algorithm takes into account changes in the intervertebral disk pressure and the fibrous ring shape at the time of close-to-critical g values. Calculation of the spinal strain-deformation condition was implemented by the instrumentality of computer system SPLEN (KOMMEK ltd.

It allowed to study biomechanical bases of mandibular bone tissue structures interaction with full removable dentures of different constructions and fixed on intraosseous implantates. Analysis of the received data showed that in the majority of cases it was expedient to recommend 3 bearing (abutments) system of denture making.

327 patients with dentures supported by 318 pulpless teeth reinforced by pin constructions were under observation. Main types of complications after pin use were identified. By math simulation the system "covering construction-artificial stump-root pin-root of the tooth" was studied for teeth 11, 13, 15, 16, 41, 43, 45, 46 in two projections--vestibulo-oral and mesio-distal.

Based on math computer simulation of mode of deformation of biomechanical model "metal-ceramic construction--endodontic-endoosseous implant (EEI)--stump of operated tooth--bone tissue of the jaw" new domestic EEI parameters were elaborated which improved greatly biomechanical properties of tooth with operated roots. Strength characteristics of new EEI were studied.
