[Studies on impaired angiogenesis activity of the leucocytes in patients with oral candidiasis].

The preliminary characteristics is reported of the cells causing active suppression leading to a decrease of the angiogenesis activity of leucocytes isolated from patients with oral candidiasis. The effect of three immunomodulators on this suppression was studied.

Immunological cellular response in denture stomatitis mycotic.

Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and lymphocyte-induced angiogenesis (LIA) of mononuclear leucocytes (MNC) isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with denture stomatitis mycotic were examined. The obtained results have shown a decrease in ADCC in patients with mycotic infection of oral cavity. Similarly, the ability to induce angiogenesis by MNC isolated from these patients was decreased in comparison with angiogenesis induced by control MNC.
