Manifestations of sarcoidosis are variable and non-specific. We are reporting on the case of a 23-year-old man who presented multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules spiculated with peripherical micronodules (galaxy sign). He had no clinical symptom.

Case Report: We report a 75-year-old woman who presented with typical manifestations of giant cell arteritis associated concomitantly with the occurrence of bilateral mixed hearing loss confirmed on the audiogram.
