[Influence of posterior capsule striae on visual acuity in the first year after implantation of different intraocular lenses].

Purpose: To estimate the influence of posterior capsule striae on visual acuity within one year after implantation of three models of acrylic intraocular lenses (IOLs).

Material And Methods: Seventy-two patients (91 eyes) were followed up for 12 months after implantation of one of models of IOLs: MIOL-2 (24 eyes, first group), SA60AT and US60MP (41 and 26 eyes, second and third groups, respectively).

Purple non-sulfur bacteria (PNSB) are anoxygenic photosynthetic bacteria harnessing simple organic acids as electron donors. Material And Methods: The study included 72 patients (91 eyes) who were followed up for 12 months after implantation of one of three models of posterior chamber hydrophobic acrylic IOLs: MIOL-2 (Reper-NN, Russia, 24 eyes, 1 group), SA60AT and US60MP (Alcon, USA, 41 and 26 eyes, 2 and 3 groups, respectively).
