[Radiation diagnosis of bronchioloalveolar cancer].

The paper analyzes the results of examination of 260 patients with bronchioloalveolar cancer (BAC) who were followed up at the Russian Research Center of Radiology and Roentgenology for 30 years. It provides its clinical, X-ray, and morphological manifestations and classification and the methodological aspects of differential diagnosis. An optimum radiation diagnosis programme has been drawn up, which involves currently available procedures, including computed tomography.

[Experience in long-term use of berodual in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis].

Aim: To study clinical efficiency of 12-month administration of berodual in chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB).

Materials And Methods: The trial entered 33 patients with at least 2-year history of COB and forced expiratory volume per 1 sec (FEV1) not less than 45% of normal value.

Results: The best response of clinical parameters and external respiration was observed throughout 3 weeks of berodual inhalations.
