Background: Creating a healthy and conducive nursing work environment is a universal global nursing concern. Work-Related Stress, global nursing and a public health problem that has continued to bedevil the world healthcare systems is of a particular interest. It has not only compromised the quality of patient care but also negatively impacted nurses' quality of work life and adversely affected global healthcare management.

Understanding the off-target effects of neonicotinoid insecticides, including acetamiprid, which is the most commonly applied agricultural chemical, is crucial as it may be an important factor of negative impact on pollinator insects causing a number of problems such as colony collapse disorder (CCD) of honey bees. While CCD is known as a multifactorial disease, the role of pesticides in this context is not negligible. Therefore, it is essential to gain a deeper comprehension of the mechanisms through which they function.

Article Synopsis
  • The study investigates the structure and evolution of coronary thrombi in STEMI, focusing on the role of activated protein C (APC/PC) and factors like factor XIII (FXIII) and α2 plasmin inhibitor (α2-PI).
  • Histopathological analysis of thrombi from 24 male patients revealed that thrombus age (fresh, lytic, organized) affects the levels and distribution of APC/PC, FXIII, and α2-PI.
  • Key findings indicate that FXIII is highly co-localized with fibrin, while α2-PI increases during thrombus lysis, and NET markers are most prominent in the lytic phase, highlighting potential therapeutic strategies for STEMI.

The measurement and description of the charge-carrier lifetime (τc) is crucial for the wide-ranging applications of lead-halide perovskites. We present time-resolved microwave-detected photoconductivity decay (TRMCD) measurements and a detailed analysis of the possible recombination mechanisms including trap-assisted, radiative, and Auger recombination. We prove that performing injection-dependent measurement is crucial in identifying the recombination mechanism.
