[Differential-diagnostic features of combined periapical lesions].

The paper describes specific correlation of the clinical and molecular pathogenic features in various types of combined periapical lesions. Endodontic apical lesions combined with periodontal disease are characterized by specific radiological signs, shifts in oral fluid physical and chemical properties, the disruption of nitrogen metabolism, increased iron concentration, collagen disruption and impaired concentration ratio of calcium and phosphorous. General depression of immunoglobulin synthesis and increased concentration of cortisol and estradiol in oral fluid are also typical features of combined periapical lesions.

[Phenotype characteristics of humoral immunity parameters in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis with different blood groups].

Interrelationships between parameters of humoral immunity with AB0 blood groups have been investigated. The highest content of IgA to transglutaminase was found in A(II) patients, while the lowest content was found in AB(IV) patients. The blood content on anti-gliadin IgA was higher in healthy donors.

[Clinical-metabolic data base on chronic generalized parodontitis].

As the result of clinical-lab study of 40 oral fluid parameters in 176 patients new block of data was received disclosing key pathogenetic links of chronic generalized parodontitis (CGP) to which could be attributed endocrine dysfunction with cortisol level reduction and free thyroid hormones increase, enforcing prooxidant processes with multiple iron content increase. As the result of it molecules of medium mass were accumulated; protein spectrum, protein coupling capacity, content of collagenous C-peptide, osteocalcine, Ca, P and Mg were changing. In comprehensive CGP treatment due to Natursyl (lipophilic fraction of holy thistle) applications the disease clinical signs disappeared quicker and biochemical markers normalized.

[Metabolic prerequisites for the development of dental diseases in pneumonia].

The parameters of oral homeostasis were studied in patients with acute pneumonia before and after therapy. The redox potential, a shift of pH towards the acid values, decreased content of total protein, total and effective concentrations and reserve of albumin binding, and a drastic increase of toxicity index were detected. Analysis of oral fluid showed increased level of ionized calcium, nitrate anion, and decreased content of magnesium and ammonium cations.

[Effect of biologically active components of natursil on the course of reparative processes in the gastrointestinal mucosa in experiments and in patients with stomach and duodenal ulcers].

The outcomes, obtained in experiment, testify about high reparative ability of a natursilum. Natursilum has growth efficiency of conventional treatment of an ulcer of a stomach and duodenal intestine patients both on end results, and on terms of an adhesion increases. Is rotined, that natursilum has more expressed antiulcerous effect, than oil of hippopheae.
