Recently, drug-controlled release nanotechnology has gained special attention in biomedicine. This work focuses on developing novel electrospun polymeric nanofibers (NFs) for buccal delivery of VEN to avoid the hepatic metabolism and enzymatic degradation in the GIT and develop an effective control of drug release. The optimized NFs were obtained by blending polylactic acid (PLA), and poly (ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) fixed at a ratio of 1:1.

In the present work, the acid dyes namely, eriochrome cyanine R (ECR) and 2-(4-Sulfo phenyl azo)-1,8 dihydroxy-3,6 naphthalene disulfonic acid, trisodium salt (SPADNS) were effectively adsorbed by Cu(II)-thiourea modified cotton fibers (Cu(II)/Tu-MC) complex. FTIR, SEM, XPS analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and potentiometric titration were utilized for characterization. The impact of the fundamental adsorption parameters was systematically investigated.

The method is based on the integration of molecular imprinting polymer (MIP) beads as sensory elements with modified screen-printed solid contact ion-selective electrodes (ISEs). A multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) was used as a nanomaterial for the ion-to-electron transduction process.

So, The highlighted experimentally the role of TNF-α in hepatocytes apoptosis, using that as an assessment of the efficacy of antischistosomal vaccination by mixed crude antigens preparations [Cercarial antigen preparation (CAP) + soluble worm antigen preparation (SWAP) + soluble egg antigen(SEA)] by parasitological, histo-pathological and histochemical studies using Feulgen stain of hepatoytes DNA, a serological study also of serum TNF-α level by ELISA. Fifty two laboratory bred Albino male mice, were used in this study.

RAS association domain family protein 1A (RASSF1A) gene hypermethylation has been a subject of interest in recent researches on cancer breast patients. The aim of the present study was to evaluate whether RASSF1A methylation status and RASSF1A protein expression are associated with the major clinico-pathological parameters.
