Premise: Restoration of seminatural field margins can elevate pollinator activity. However, how they support wild plant gene flow through interactions between pollinators and spatiotemporal gradients in floral resources remains largely unknown.

Methods: Using a farm-scale experiment, we tested how mating outcomes (expected heterozygosity and paternity correlation) of the wild, self-incompatible plant Cyanus segetum transplanted into field margins (sown wildflower or grass-legume strips) were affected by the abundance of different pollinator functional groups (defined by species traits).

Objectives: The first COVID-19 lockdown raised concerns about reduced access to primary care, especially for people with chronic diseases particularly at risk in the absence of follow-up. However, the COVIQuest trial, evaluating the impact of a general practitioner (GP) phone call (intervention) to chronic patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) or mental health disorder (MHD) concluded that the intervention had no effect at 1 month on the rate of self-reported hospitalisations in the CVD subtrial, whereas the intervention group in MHD subtrial might have a higher rate. This second part of the study aimed to describe the 6 month hospitalisation and specialised consultation rates, using the French health data system ().

Background And Objective: Prostate cancer (PCa) was the leading incident cancer and 3rd leading cause of cancer death in men in France in 2015 with inter-regional disparities. The objectives were to describe PCa incidence and mortality in France and by region, using real life data from the National Health Data System and to identify the factors associated with all-cause or PCa-specific mortality.

Methods: Men aged ≥ 18years hospitalized and/or on long-term care for PCa (ICD-10 code C61) in France between 2010 and 2021 were included.

The production of materials based on fossil resources is yielding more sustainable and ecologically beneficial methods. Vegetable oils (VO) are one example of base materials whose derivatives rival the properties of their petro-based counterparts. Gaps exist however and one way to fill them is by employing sol-gel processes to synthesize organic-inorganic hybrid materials, often derived from silane/siloxane compounds.
