The aim of this study was to investigate the efficiency of metabolic therapy in correction of cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes. We undertook the analysis of results of the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in 80 patients with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. All patients received basic hypoglycemic therapy.
