The SWAP Filter: A Simple Azimuthally Varying Radial Filter for Wide-Field EUV Solar Images.

Unlabelled: We present the SWAP Filter: an azimuthally varying, radial normalizing filter specifically developed for EUV images of the solar corona, named for the (SWAP) instrument on the (PROBA2) spacecraft. We discuss the origins of our technique, its implementation and key user-configurable parameters, and highlight its effects on data via a series of examples. We discuss the filter's strengths in a data environment in which wide field-of-view observations that specifically target the low signal-to-noise middle corona are newly available and expected to grow in the coming years.

Genetic diversity within leukemia-associated immunophenotype-defined subclones in AML.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly heterogeneous disease showing dynamic clonal evolution patterns over time. Various subclones may be present simultaneously and subclones may show a different expansion pattern and respond differently to applied therapies. It is already clear that immunophenotyping and genetic analyses may yield overlapping, but also complementary information.

OMIP - 081: A new 21-monoclonal antibody 10-color panel for diagnostic polychromatic immunophenotyping.

The 10-color panel consisting of 21 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) is developed as a one-tube panel to detect leukemia and lymphoma cells in all hematopoietic cell lineages. In particular, this tube is mentioned for a fast screening to identify aberrant cells in samples suspected for malignant cell localization and to enable comprehensive immunophenotyping of samples with low cell counts. The panel contains mAbs for selection of the populations and mAbs against target antigens on the various hematopoietic maturation stages.
