Background: Treatment of patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) has improved substantially since the introduction of targeted therapies, but no predictive biomarkers are available. The proto-oncogene c-Met is involved in tumor angiogenesis, development, and metastasis. The main objective was to evaluate c-Met expression in sunitinib-treated patients with mRCC, including patients with bone metastases.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the amount of postoperative bone tunnel enlargement after anatomic double-bundle (DB) and single-bundle (SB) anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction 6 to 8 months after surgery.

Methods: Twenty-one consecutive patients undergoing anatomic 4-tunnel DB ACL reconstruction and 24 patients undergoing anatomic 2-tunnel SB ACL reconstruction were included in this study. In both groups a hybrid fixation technique with interference screw and extracortical fixation at the tibia and an extracortical fixation technique at the femur were used.

Background: Peripheral percutaneous transluminal angioplasty is fraught with a substantial risk of restenosis and reintervention. A drug-eluting balloon (DEB) based on a novel coating was compared with uncoated balloons in patients undergoing femoro-popliteal percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.

Methods And Results: Patients with symptomatic femoro-popliteal atherosclerotic disease undergoing percutaneous transluminal angioplasty were randomized to paclitaxel-coated IN.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate enhancement characteristics of hepatocellular adenomas (HCAs) using gadoxetic acid as a hepatocyte-specific MR contrast agent.

Methods: Twenty-four patients with histopathologically proven HCAs were retrospectively identified. MRI consisted of T1- and T2-weighted (w) sequences with and without fat saturation (fs), multiphase dynamic T1-w images, and fs T1-w images during the hepatobiliary phase.
