Background: One of the most common causes of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) and/or arteriovenous graft (AVG) failure is thrombosis. Guidelines recommend early AVF salvage within 24-48 hours. Our institution reported poor compliance with these recommendations, with a median of 3 days prior to vascular access (VA) salvage.

This method revealed differential pathogen- and host-specific gene expression patterns in infected corneas, which generated a unified transcriptional map of infection. By integrating these data, we developed a predictive ridge regression model trained on images from infected tissues.

This paper proposes a fuzzy-label weighted deep learning-based image classification approach for assessing computed tomography (CT) image quality. More specifically, we want to determine if a captured CT image passes Quality Assessment (QA) with a certain radiation dose. Our contributions here include proposing a fuzzy-label weighting method and introduces the concept of a "fuzzy-label" (to reflect the confidence of the ground-truth annotation by annotator) to aid in the training of deep learning-based image classification.

Despite this population's diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and immigration backgrounds, little is known about the within-group disparities in breast cancer stages at diagnosis. This study aims to identify AA&NHPI subgroups at heightened risk for advanced breast cancer by analyzing detailed incidence rates and diagnostic stages across these diverse subgroups.
