Materials And Methods: 59 patients hospitalized in patient department took part in the study. The first group included 32 patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP).
In patients with cirrhosis of the liver, there is noted a striking imbalance in the distribution of isoelectric fractions of serum albumin in the isoelectric field. Disproportion in isoelectric fractions of serum albumin can, we believe, be referred to functional loads on albumin relative to fixation and transport of surplus of bilirubin and ammonia. In the ascitic fluid, there comes to be seen, in fact, a reversal of imbalance of pH-dependent fractions of albumin,--probably, due to "purification" in the lymphatic system and partly in the functioning hepatocytes.

Addition of streptodecase to combined therapy of intraocular hemorrhages, mainly of vascular origin, in 37 patients improved the treatment efficacy. Special attention is paid to the description of the knowledge and datum surface, to the algorithms of direct and reverse illegible logical data output in taking decisions as to defects of the patient's prosthesis in accordance with the signs observable. The work of the ES is demonstrated with special reference to concrete cases.

Word the requirements for hardware and software, present functional subsystems corresponding to certain interrelated stages of prosthetics. A variant has been devised of an appropriate training expert system with a profound representation of intelligence in an object area.
