The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and the clinical tolerance of a combination containing TDF/FTC/EFV in the treatment of HIV infection. This was a retrospective and descriptive study which included 196 adults infected by HIV-1 and treated by a combination containing TDF/FTC/EFV during 29 months in the daily hospital of Bobo Dioulasso.
