Anterior communicating artery (ACom) aneurysm, one of the most frequent types of intracranial aneurysm rupture, usually results in a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with intraventricular hemorrhage. We describe a case of an ACom aneurysm rupture with subarachnoid, intraparenchymal, and subdural hemorrhages (SDH) with midline shift in a 55-year-old woman. Decompressive craniectomy was performed to evacuate the SDH with subsequent microsurgical clipping of the aneurysm.

Existing measures and theories of intimate partner coercive control largely evaluate men's coercion of women. The extent of knowledge pertaining to intimate relationships among other genders and sexual identities is unclear. Guided by a theoretical framework of intersectionality, we examined and synthesized original studies on coercive control by (perpetration) or against (victimization) Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual individuals within intimate partner relationships.

It is prohibited from selling Kratom to anyone under the age of 18 and/or who is pregnant or breastfeeding. While there are benefits from kratom use with few reported adverse effects, escalating dose and increased use frequency raise the risk for toxic events in the setting of polysubstance use or development of a use disorder.

This embedding space differs fundamentally from the symbolic representations posited by traditional psycholinguistics.
