Mapping vulnerability to climate-related hazards to inform local authority action in adaptation: A feasibility study.

Background: Local authorities have a crucial role in building community resilience to the health effects of a changing climate. Support in achieving local action can be provided through improving available public health intelligence to inform decision making. We aimed to co-develop with a local authority a tool mapping vulnerability to climate related hazards.

A case-control study to investigate the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea and the utility of the Sleep-Related Breathing Disorder scale of the Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire in children and young people with epilepsy.

Study Objectives: Epilepsy and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) are each relatively common in children. OSAS may affect cognition, such that recognition of OSAS is important for children and young people with epilepsy (CYPWE). Published pilot data reported 55% of CYPWE had symptoms suggestive of OSAS, compared with 7% of typically developing controls.

Range of motion after 1, 2, and 3 level cervical disc arthroplasty.

Background: Motion of a solid body involves translation and rotation. Few investigations examine the isolated translational and rotational components associated with disc arthroplasty devices. This study investigates single- and multi-level cervical disc arthroplasty with respect to index and adjacent level range of motion.

Perspectives on registration to primary care from inclusion health groups in England: a mixed-method study.

Background: Although everyone living in the UK is entitled to access free primary care within the National Health Service (NHS), evidence shows that people in need of health care are wrongly being refused access. This study aimed to explore the perspectives of individuals from inclusion health groups on primary care registration and accessibility.

Methods: This was a mixed-methods study.

Interventions to improve access to primary care for inclusion health groups in England: a scoping review.

Background: Everyone in England has the right to primary care without financial charges. Nevertheless, evidence shows that barriers remain for inclusion health populations such as vulnerable migrants, people experiencing homelessness, Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller (GRT) communities, and people who sell sex. There is little evidence for what works to improve access.
