[X-ray diagnosis of syringomyelia].

The results of contrast X-ray examination of 34 patients with syringomyelia are discussed. Air encephalomyelography was performed in all patients and ventriculography and positive myelocisternography of the craniovertebral junction were conducted when indicated. The Arnold-Chiari syndrome was detected in most cases.
