Epigenetic aging clocks have been widely used to validate rejuvenation effects during cellular reprogramming. However, these predictions are unverifiable because the true biological age of reprogrammed cells remains unknown. We present an analytical framework to consider rejuvenation predictions from the uncertainty perspective.

The theoretical framework behind the SCF estimation is briefly reviewed so that an important difference between the width of the resolution cell in bifrequency plane and the step between the centers of neighboring cells is highlighted. The outline of the proposed double-number fast Fourier transform algorithm (2N-FFT) is described in the paper as a sequence of steps directly leading to a digital signal processing technique.

Material And Methods: Eighteen children aged from 5 days to 16 years with abdominal tuberculosis have been followed-up throughout 50 years. Diagnostic process implied anamnesis, objective examination, laboratory data and specific samples, ultrasound, X-ray examination, MRI, CT and morphological examination of specimens.
Aim: To analyze the clinical spectrum of urogenital tuberculosis (TB) in children from 1993-1997 to 2013-2017, who were treated at the FSCU "Kiritsy".
Materials And Methods: Clinical forms of urogenital tuberculosis were diagnosed in 195 children (stage 1) and 158 children (stage 2). Conventional methods of TB diagnosis, including clinical, laboratory, imaging studies, tuberculin skin test and urine culture for BCG were used.
Samples of sputum, blood, bronchoalveolar lavage, swabs from the oropharynx from 255 military personnel undergoing in-patient treatment with an x-ray confirmed diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The comparison group was included 270 healthy recruits. The detection of S.
