The review is devoted to molecular genetic factors of hemostasis system in assessing the risk of arterial and venous thrombosis in microvascular surgery. In modern reconstructive surgery, one can trace a tendency towards preoperative management taking into account molecular-genetic risk factors of hemostatic disorders for prevention of intravascular thrombosis. The importance of multidisciplinary concept in prevention is undeniable.

Objective: To analyze the quality of life in patients receiving immunotherapy and overall response rate in case of additional magnetotherapy.
Material And Methods: The study included 3 cohorts of patients (=48) with various disseminated malignancies (melanoma, lung cancer, kidney cancer) who received immunotherapy. In the study groups, all patients additionally took courses of rehabilitation based on magnetotherapy.

Objective: To evaluate adverse events and clinical effectiveness of complex rehabilitation programs in patients with malignant tumors receiving checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
Material And Methods: The study included 144 cancer patients who received immunotherapy for the period from 2019 to 2021. Group 1 consisted of 72 patients who received a comprehensive rehabilitation program including physical therapy, diet therapy, psychotherapy, general magnetotherapy.
Blood serum from 129 patients with opium addiction at different stages of the disease and 63 donors (control group) was examined for the presence of autoantibodies to the exciting and inhibitory amino acids glutamate and GABA. It was shown enhanced production of autoantibodies to glutamate and GABA. Dependence of the level and frequency of detec- tion of autoantibodies to glutamate and GABA on the stage of the disease was revealed.

Associations of proinflammatory cytokine production with age, sex, hormone levels, and olfactory and nociceptive indices were revealed in cases of psychoactive drug use and formation of addiction. Predictive models based on the use of androstenone aversion, pressure algometry testing, and immunological parameters were proposed.
