Hepatic angiosarcoma is a very rare disease, but it has a poor prognosis. Here, we report the case of a 77-year-old man who was referred to our hospital for suspicion of hepatocellular carcinoma and cancerous peritonitis. Based on the imaging findings, a diagnosis of spontaneously ruptured hepatic hemangioma was made.
