During a closed connected single-use monoclonal antibody (mAb) purification process, samples for leachables screening were gathered from two parallel processes (using different capturing chromatography), from perfusion culture to final storage bags. These samples were prepared and analyzed using screening methods for HS-GC-MS, GC-MS, LC-QToF/ESI pos and neg, to be able to identify a broad spectrum of leachables. The identified compounds were sorted into sample points from different steps of the mAb process, compared with available extractables data mapped from the process equipment used.

IRAP is involved in various physiological functions and has been identified as a receptor for the endogenous hexapeptide Angiotensin IV (Ang IV). The binding of Ang IV inhibits the enzymatic activity of IRAP and has been proven to enhance learning and memory in animal models.

Methods: Retrospective medical record data were analysed. All individuals diagnosed with heart failure who resided within the hospital catchment area and had visited cardiology or internal medicine department between 2010 and 2019 were screened by using the main inclusion criteria from the DAPA-HF trial.
Aim: To describe nurses' and specialist nurses' experiences of moral distress and how it affects daily work in surgical care.
Design: A qualitative descriptive study design was used.
Methods: A qualitative study with 12 interviews with nurses and specialist nurses working in surgical care.
Aims: The aim of this study was to investigate a real-world heart failure (HF) cohort regarding (1) prevalence of known diabetes mellitus (DM), undiagnosed DM and pre-diabetes, (2) if hf treatment differs depending on glycaemic status and (3) if treatment of DM differs depending on HF phenotype.
Methods: All patients who had received a diagnosis of HF at Umeå University Hospital between 2010 and 2019 were identified and data were extracted from patient files according to a prespecified protocol containing parameters for clinical characteristics, including echocardiogram results, comorbidities, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) values. Patients' HF phenotype was determined using the latest available echocardiogram.
