Pneumopericardium (PPC) is defined by the presence of gas in the pericardial cavity, often leading to cardiac tamponade and a high mortality rate. This report describes a case involving a 33-year-old man found deceased a few meters from a knife, his clothes intact, with no resuscitation attempt made. A knotted scarf was tightly fastened around his neck, without ligature mark.

ILICI is a serious irAE that, when severe, requires cessation of ICI and initiation of immunosuppression. Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CTLs) play a central role in ILICI; however, they are just part of the picture as immunotherapy broadly impacts all aspects of the immune microenvironment and can directly and indirectly activate innate and adaptive immune cells.

Emotional intelligence, a component of social cognition, is associated with psychosocial functioning in this population. However, prior work has used relatively small samples, reported inconsistent relations between functioning domains and emotional intelligence, and inconsistently considered negative symptoms.

Results reveal a truly remarkable ability of these platforms to correctly predict the 3D structure of modules that fold in well-established topologies. A lower performance is noticed in modeling morphing regions of these proteins, such as the coiled coils.
