Oral hygiene is essential for a healthy quality of life. The main aim of the study carried out in oncogeriatrics at Amiens University Hospital was to test the Oral Health Assessment Tool (Ohat) score as a means of assessing patients' oral health status, in order to optimize referral criteria for odontological care. Significant correlations were found between the Ohat score and the frailty scales specific to geriatric assessment.

The present study aimed to explore the adherence to and efficiency of skin protection measures among teenagers and young adults. The present study investigated the reasons for sun exposure and the obstacles impeding sun protection. Blast disease caused by the fungus Magnaporthe oryzae is one of the most devastating rice diseases. Disease resistance genes such as Pi-ta or Pi-ta2 are critical in protecting rice production from blast. Published work reports that Pi-ta codes for a nucleotide-binding and leucine-rich repeat domain protein (NLR) that recognizes the fungal protease-like effector AVR-Pita by direct binding.
