What explains trust in online mental health therapy provision platforms? An online descriptive survey.

Background: Currently, there is an increased interest in providing mental health care through digital devices and services, and the demand for these services is growing.

Objective: In this study, we considered the phenomenon of trust in online consultations, and the factors affecting this trust, within a Russian context.

Methods: An online survey was conducted using Google Forms in May 2023 and the data were analyzed using SPSS.

Initial psychometric properties of the Parental Stress Scale examined using a sample of Russian mothers.

Parental stress is defined as a personal response to stressors associated with being a parent. In recent studies, parental stress has been viewed as a component of normative parenting. The purpose of this study was to collect initial evidence of the construct validity and reliability of the Russian version of the 18-item Parental Stress Scale (PSS) using a sample of mothers of Russian primary school students.

[A novel approach to rapid induction of remission in primary membranous nephropathy].

Aim: То evaluate the effectiveness of a novel multi-targeted treatment approach including rituximab (RTX), cyclophosphamide (CPH) and steroids (S) to the induction of remission in patients with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) compared to standard immunosuppression (IST).

Materials And Methods: An open-label prospective comparative study included 56 PMN patients (pts) with nephrotic syndrome (NS) and high serum level of antibodies to the phospholipase A2 receptor anti-PLA2R (mean age 5112 years, men 70%). We recorded demographic and clinical parameters at the time of kidney biopsy, data from light-optical and immunomorphological studies.

Benefits of listening to a recording of euphoric joint music making in polydrug abusers.

Background And Aims: Listening to music can have powerful physiological and therapeutic effects. Some essential features of the mental mechanism underlying beneficial effects of music are probably strong physiological and emotional associations with music created during the act of music making. Here we tested this hypothesis in a clinical population of polydrug abusers in rehabilitation listening to a previously performed act of physiologically and emotionally intense music making.

[Impairments of rats' behavioral reactions, concentration of corticosterone and expression of cytokine's gene under experimental postviral fatigue].

The aim of the main research was investigated of interaction of neural, endocrine and immune systems under experimental postviral fatigue, behavioral reactions, level of corticosterone, changes of IL-3 and IL-10 gene expression in rats' hypothalamus and INF-α in hypothalamus and spleen were analyzed. It has been shown the decrease of physical activity, increasing of corticosterone's level and gene expression of cytokines after injection of Poly I:C as a model of postviral fatigue. After remedication of Poly I:C increasing of physical activity was shown.
