Purpose Of Review: This review summarizes evidence about barriers to abortion care pre- Dobbs and post- Dobbs , inequities in abortion access, and approaches to improving access to abortion care with use of patient navigators.
Recent Findings: The Dobbs decision and resulting state-level restrictions exacerbated economic, knowledge, and logistic barriers to abortion care. Abortion funds and emotional support are two main resources to help address these barriers; however, only with coordination can patients and clinics fully benefit from the resources.
Objectives: We sought to describe the experiences of physicians who successfully incorporated abortion care into their practices in the United States. We explored facilitators of and barriers to abortion provision.
Study Design: In this qualitative study, we conducted semistructured interviews with a national sample of obstetrician-gynecologists and family medicine physicians providing abortion care.
Water temperature dynamics in large inland lakes are interrelated with internal lake physics, ecosystem function, and adjacent land surface meteorology and climatology. Models for simulating and forecasting lake temperatures often rely on remote sensing and in situ data for validation. In situ monitoring platforms have the benefit of providing relatively precise measurements at multiple lake depths, but are often sparser (temporally and spatially) than remote sensing data.

In this article, 900 professors support a call to action for reinstating federal protections for abortion. Over a year ago, the Supreme Court handed down the Dobbs decision, overturning nearly 50 years of precedent in retracting the constitutionally protected right to abortion.
