Filtration of platelet-rich heparinized plasma deprived lymphocytes and contained lymphocytes was investigated in 21 donors. Filtration of both plasmas was performed through 5 microns-pore nuclear filters at the constant perfusion pressure 100 cm H2O. The plasma contained lymphocytes filtered by 80% better, than the lymphocyte-deprived plasma.
