Adherence to antidiabetic medications (ADMs) remains a serious challenge among type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Factors affecting medication adherence are not fully understood in Nigeria. This qualitative study explored patients' views on barriers and facilitators of medication adherence.
